Lease to Own Conditions
Use after your first payment
After your first payment, we'll acquire the domain, and you can start using it. After your final payment is made, we'll help transfer the domain to your PKNIC account. If you cancel before the term ends, the seller regains domain ownership and keeps all previous payments.
Stop at any time
Buyers with an active Lease to Own agreement can cancel the contract at any time. Sellers cannot cancel a Lease to Own contract as long as the buyer is making payments. If you cancel a contract, you willingly forfeit any payments made up to the cancellation and there will be no refunds available. The domain will be returned to the original seller and the buyer won’t receive ownership of the domain.
Service fee
Service fee is a fee percentage added when you buy a domain with Lease to Own agreement. The service fee is included in the price you see in the Lease to own section.
